I know Tatyana Koshevaya from 2013, as business consulting & interpreter, TK Consulting Services in Federal Way. She was assisting me with business consultation and interpretation. I was attending her business workshops in Federal, WA. Tatyana was very helpful to me with consulting & promotions for my Alteration Small Business. Later, I have decided do my Art/Designed business in 2017 and I have back to Tatyana Koshevaya for assistant. I met Tatyana Koshevaya in 1994, as colleagues working at Tacoma Community House (TCH). She worked as an Employment Specialist there, matching immigrants on public assistance with workplace apprenticeships and jobs. I served as Coordinator of TCH’s Refugee and Immigrant Women’s Project, which offered intensive English Language classes. It was difficult for many women with small children to attend classes due to lack of childcare. Through Ms. Koshevaya’s encouragement, skill and perseverance, one woman opened a business offering culturally appropriate childcare. This not only allowed mothers to attend much needed classes but established another immigrant as a business owner, and provided employment opportunities for others.

This is but one example: over the years I have witnessed Ms. Koshevaya’s long track record helping numerous immigrants get on their feet in this country. Building on her experience with the non-profit TCH, she launched TK Consulting Services and continued to counsel and assist those seeking employment as well as aspiring entrepreneurs. She has found quality workers for me on several occasions.
